Thanks! I’ll take both; this is scary and exciting all at once. I managed to get the blog updated, so I’m optimistic that I can get back into the stitching room again, if for no other reason than to embroider an epic Relief Society tablecloth for next year’s fair. I can’t manage this calling without my stitching therapy.

Let’s make it happen: a Strings United tour, where we yarn bomb the Côte d’Azur, or at least make comfy pullovers and hats for the goddesses of Èze.

Perhaps if I posted more of Thing One’s pigeon pictures, your travel fever would be quenched … not likely. The countryside was beautiful and Paris was amazing. I’d go back in an instant!

I have lately been struck with the powerful fever to be SOMEWHERE ELSE. Your posts are fueling the fires.

I can’t even express how much I love the Mediterranean coast. Pictures make it seem like it’s gorgeous everywhere. The little bit I saw confirmed that it’s true.

We were a pretty large group (when Thing One went two years ago the group was less than half the size of this one) so I think the logistics of moving our group around may have limited what we were able to do … that, and there was so much to see in so little time.
